As is known our primary objective is to provide state of the art, cost effective, eco-friendly houses and buildings to the Police, Prison, Home Guards and Civil Defense in Home department of Government of Maharashtra. The Maharashtra State Police Housing and Welfare Corporation has been consistently striving to achieve the aforementioned objective as is evident from this annual report. These projects are situated all across the state.

A year has witnessed inaugural ceremony of praiseworthy projects of Administrative Building for C. P. Brihanmumbai and 136 quarters at Worli. These projects were inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri. Devendra Fadnavis who's keen to provide housing facility to the policeman of the State of Maharashtra, wholeheartedly appreciated the efforts taken by MSPH & WC Ltd.

It gives me pleasure to mention that MSPH & WC Ltd. has completed and handed over nine projects to the respective user agencies during the financial year 2015-16. Further, there are nine ongoing projects in the execution stage which includes hostel, administrative buildings, residential quarters; etc. and more than fifty projects are at planning stage.

The journey continues. We will continue to engage with our user departments. We will continue to create value for our society. And, we will continue to spur innovation.
